1. Initial Onboarding & Work-Basis Compensation Model

Skillspot Digital Solutions operates as an outcome-driven technology company, creative production studio, and talent marketplace. To ensure fairness, clarity, and avoid any misunderstandings, please review our core compensation structure:

Important Compensation Notice:
At the initial onboarding stage, Skillspot does NOT pay an automatic, unconditional fixed monthly salary simply for signing up, being registered in our talent directory, or holding a candidate profile.

All candidates onboarded into our flexible talent pools operate under the following verified frameworks:

  • Work-Delivered / Project Basis: When an active client contract or creative project (such as website development, video editing, poster designing, or data operations) is officially assigned to you, payment is disbursed strictly upon verified task completion and milestone delivery.
  • Commission & Performance Basis: Sales representatives, telecallers, and business development closers receive verified commissions per successful conversion, closed client package, or merchant Smart NFC review standee onboarded.
  • No Advance Retainers: Advance monthly retainers are not disbursed during initial onboarding without completed work deliverables or verified client contracts.

2. Skillspot LMS Academy — Instructor & Course Publishing Terms

For faculty members, tutors, and subject-matter creators who apply to teach on Skillspot LMS Academy (lms.skillspot.in), our educator revenue model is structured as follows:

How Instructor Earnings Are Produced:
Instructors submit their curriculum modules, syllabus, and demo preview classes. Skillspot invests company resources in digital marketing, social media reels campaigns, and student outreach. Teacher payouts are produced directly from student course enrollments and batch deliveries.
  • No Fixed Monthly Salary for Course Listing: Merely listing or uploading course material onto the LMS platform does not entitle an educator to a fixed monthly salary. Payouts are generated as paying students purchase and enroll in the course.
  • Student-Basis Revenue Share: Whenever a student enrolls in your course or attends your live batch, revenue is calculated and paid out according to the agreed educator revenue-share percentage or per-student batch fee.
  • Skillspot Marketing Support: Skillspot actively runs Meta ads, Google campaigns, and WhatsApp community promotions to generate student leads for your published tracks.

3. Direct Partner Company & Recruiter Opportunities

Certain vacancies showcased on the Skillspot Careers portal represent direct recruitment opportunities with external corporate clients, partner IT firms, and hiring managers across Kerala, Pan-India, and the GCC region.

Direct Recruiter Terms:
If an external partner company or recruiter directly interviews and hires you, their specific appointment contract, employment agreement, and monthly payroll terms govern your relationship. Skillspot functions as an introductory talent matching platform.

In direct company placements, compensation (whether full-time monthly salary, fixed stipend, or contractual) is issued directly by that employer, subject to their corporate HR regulations.

4. Zero Application Fee & Anti-Fraud Commitment

Skillspot Digital Solutions is dedicated to ethical, legitimate hiring practices. We maintain a strict policy to protect all job seekers:

  • Skillspot NEVER Charges Money: We do not charge registration fees, interview fees, training deposits, or document processing charges from job applicants under any circumstances.

5. Candidate Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your profile through our Careers portal, applying via WhatsApp, or enrolling as an LMS instructor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms:

  • You acknowledge that initial Skillspot talent pool onboarding operates on a work-delivered, project-basis, or commission structure without fixed monthly salary guarantees prior to active work allocations.
  • LMS instructors acknowledge that compensation is tied to student course enrollments and batch deliveries.
  • You agree to provide authentic contact details, accurate resumes, and genuine portfolio references.
